Participation Acknowledgement

These terms govern participation in the GigaCompounds Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms.
The GigaCompounds Affiliate Program is a referral-based promotional arrangement. Every GigaCompounds customer is automatically enrolled as an affiliate upon account creation. No application or approval is required.
GigaCompounds retains sole discretion over program structure, eligibility, reward types, and continuation of the program.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, independent contractor relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
A GigaCompounds customer account is required. Affiliate enrollment is automatic upon account creation.
GigaCompounds may suspend, restrict, or revoke participation at any time without notice.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific rules.
Only referrals properly tracked through authorized links or referral codes are eligible for commission.
3.1 Code vs. Cookie Priority. When a customer both clicks an affiliate link (cookie-based attribution) and manually enters a different affiliate's discount code at checkout, the explicitly entered code takes priority. An intentional action (entering a code) supersedes passive tracking (cookie).
3.2 Attribution Window. Referred customers are attributed to the affiliate for 90 days from the date they register. The affiliate earns commission on all orders the customer places within that 90-day window. After 90 days, the customer is considered organic and no further commissions are earned. Discount codes do not expire.
GigaCompounds is not responsible for tracking failures, attribution errors, platform outages, or failure to use referral links.
Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or abuse referral tracking will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all balances.
4.1 Tiered Commission Structure. The affiliate program uses a tiered commission structure based on cumulative all-time referred sales. Tiers upgrade automatically in real-time as sales accumulate:
Tier upgrades are automatic and instant when thresholds are crossed. Tiers never downgrade — once earned, the rate is permanent. Rates apply to all future sales from the moment of upgrade, not retroactively. GigaCompounds may adjust tier thresholds and rates at any time.
4.2 $G Rewards (All Tiers). Rewards are credited as GigaDollars ($G) — GigaCompounds store credit redeemable for any product. GigaDollars do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted to cash. GigaDollars may be transferred to other users via gift cards only.
4.3 Cash Payouts (All Tiers). Any affiliate may apply for cash payouts by submitting a W9 and payment details. Once approved, commissions are split: the cash portion is paid out and 10% remains as $G rewards. Commissions are held for 30 days after the order (chargeback protection). After 30 days, commissions move from "Pending" to "Available." Affiliates may request payout of available balance above a $100 minimum. Payment is processed via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal within 3 business days.
4.4 Customer Discount. Each affiliate receives a unique discount code providing customers 10% off their order. Codes do not expire. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
4.5 Refund & Chargeback Clawback. Refunded orders void the associated commission regardless of timing. If a commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from the affiliate's future available earnings. Chargebacks within 180 days result in the same clawback treatment.
4.6 Discount Stacking. Affiliate discount codes may be combined with payment method discounts (e.g., Zelle 5%, crypto 5%). The maximum combined discount on any single order is capped at 25%. Affiliate commissions are calculated on the product subtotal after all discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Free overnight shipping is available on orders of $500 or more.
4.7 Verification & Adjustment. GigaCompounds reserves the right to verify, adjust, withhold, reverse, or cancel any commission due to error, fraud, chargebacks, refunds, policy violations, or compliance issues.
4.8 Self-Referrals. Affiliates cannot earn commission on their own purchases. Self-referrals are automatically detected via email matching and excluded.
Participants shall NOT:
All products are for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. Not for human consumption. Affiliates must clearly communicate this in all promotional content.
Violations may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 At-Will Termination. Participation may be terminated at any time by either party, with or without cause, without notice.
7.2 Forfeiture Upon Voluntary Termination. If the affiliate voluntarily terminates participation, all incentives and balances are immediately and permanently forfeited, including accrued store credits, pending commissions, and unissued incentives.
7.3 Company-Initiated Termination. If GigaCompounds initiates termination, GigaCompounds will act in good faith regarding the disposition of verified, undisputed commissions, but retains sole discretion on final disposition.
7.4 No Vested Rights. Participation does not confer vested, accrued, or guaranteed rights to any incentive or future benefit.
Participants are solely responsible for all tax obligations related to any incentives received. GigaCompounds does not provide tax, legal, or accounting guidance.
Cash payouts require a W9 on file before any payment is issued. GigaCompounds will issue a 1099-NEC for affiliates earning $600 or more in cash payouts in a calendar year. GigaDollars are store credit and generally do not trigger 1099 reporting. Participants should consult their own tax advisor.
By submitting a W-9 through the affiliate application, under penalties of perjury, you certify that:
1. The number shown on the form is your correct taxpayer identification number (or you are waiting for a number to be issued), and 2. You are not subject to backup withholding because: (a) you are exempt from backup withholding, or (b) you have not been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that you are subject to backup withholding as a result of a failure to report all interest or dividends, or (c) the IRS has notified you that you are no longer subject to backup withholding, and 3. You are a U.S. citizen or other U.S. person (as defined in the W-9 instructions), and 4. The FATCA code(s) entered on the form (if any), indicating that you are exempt from FATCA reporting, is correct.
Agreeing to these Affiliate Program Terms at the time of submission constitutes your signature on the W-9 certification above for IRS purposes. If you have been notified by the IRS that you are subject to backup withholding, you must contact GigaCompounds before submitting your application.
GigaCompounds shall not be liable for tracking failures, lost opportunities, anticipated earnings, or third-party platform disruptions.
Each participant releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless GigaCompounds, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from the participant's conduct, representations, or promotional activities.
Liability, if any, is limited to the value of unpaid, verified commissions at the time of claim.
GigaCompounds may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
