Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services from GigaCompounds LLC ("GigaCompounds," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or accessing/using our website https://gigacompounds.com or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and any referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services or place any orders.
Research Use Only. All products (the "Material") are sold exclusively for laboratory, research, analytical, or in vitro purposes by qualified professionals. Material is not for human consumption, ingestion, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
FDA Status. Any statements on our site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Material is not intended to diagnose, mitigate, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Not a Pharmacy. GigaCompounds is not a compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, or registered under Sections 503A/503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or use the Services.
Competency. You represent and warrant that you are properly trained, qualified, and equipped to safely and lawfully handle research chemicals, and that you will use appropriate lab facilities, personal protective equipment (PPE), and protocols.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Offer & Acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock, pricing errors, fraud concerns, or regulatory/compliance issues).
No Resale Without Consent. Material is for your internal research use only. You may not resell, repackage, relabel, export, or distribute Material to third parties without our prior written consent.
Backorders. Out-of-stock items may result in delays, partial shipments, or order cancellation at our discretion; we will notify you if applicable.
Prices. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes & Fees. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, excise taxes, shipping surcharges, address-correction fees, or other charges.
Promotions. Any coupons, discounts, or promotions are governed by separate terms and may be modified or ended at any time.
Errors. We may correct any typographical, pricing, or system errors and cancel/refund affected orders.
Payment. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount (including taxes/fees) at checkout.
Chargebacks. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may lead to account termination and collection efforts; we may provide evidence to payment processors to dispute them.
Verification. We may require additional verification of identity, age, eligibility, or compliance before processing/shipping orders.
Cutoff. Orders received by 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship same day (not guaranteed). Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.
Title & Risk. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover to the carrier. You assume full risk for loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage in transit. GigaCompounds is not liable for carrier-related issues once the package leaves our possession.
Inspection. Examine shipments immediately upon receipt. Report visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 48 hours with photos and order number at support@gigacompounds.com.
Shipping Locations. We ship only to U.S. addresses where receipt of Material is legally permitted.
Delivery Estimates. Any delivery timelines are approximate only; we are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
All Sales Final. Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final and non-returnable.
Defective/Incorrect Items. Report defective, damaged (non-transit), or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number. Replacements or credits are at our sole discretion and may exclude processing fees.
Transit Issues. GigaCompounds is not liable for loss, theft, or transit damage once the package is handed to the carrier. File claims directly with the shipping carrier.
Specifications. Product details, images, and descriptions are for informational purposes and may vary by lot or supplier.
COAs/MSDS. Certificates of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets, or similar documents are provided "as is" when available; you are responsible for verifying suitability and safe handling.
Storage & Stability. You assume responsibility for proper storage, stability assessment (if needed), and compliance with all facility/lab regulations.
GigaWallet ($G). GigaDollars are closed-loop store credit redeemable exclusively at gigacompounds.com. Orders paid with $G receive an automatic 10% discount. GigaDollars are non-refundable and have no cash value. GigaDollars may be transferred to other users via gift cards only. Full terms are available at GigaWallet Terms of Service.
Affiliate Program. All registered customers receive a referral code. Affiliates earn $G rewards on referred customer orders placed within 90 days of the customer's registration. Reward tiers range from 20% (Bronze) to 30% (Gold). Silver and Gold tiers unlock cash payout options (15-20% cash + 10% $G). Full terms are available at Affiliate Program Terms.
Cashback Rewards. Orders earn 10% cashback in $G, credited when your order is delivered. Calculated on the order total.
Safety. You warrant you maintain adequate safety protocols, PPE, training, and facilities for handling Material.
No Human Use. Material must never be used in humans, food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices.
Prohibited Conduct. You may not misuse Material, violate laws, infringe rights, or use Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Export. Material may be subject to U.S. export laws; you agree not to export/re-export in violation of applicable regulations.
Sanctions. You represent you are not in a sanctioned/embargoed country or on any restricted persons list.
Site IP. All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the site are owned by or licensed to GigaCompounds and protected by law.
Limited License. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services only for placing/managing research orders.
Feedback. Any ideas or suggestions you submit may be used by us freely without compensation.
Services may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; review their terms/privacy policies.
You consent to electronic communications (email, SMS, account notifications). Electronic notices satisfy any "written" legal requirements.
Material and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" for research use only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory), including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. You alone determine suitability for your research.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigaCompounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost profits/data/goodwill) arising from the Services or Material, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Material in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; they apply to the fullest extent allowed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GigaCompounds, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your misuse of Material/Services; (b) violation of these Terms or law; or (c) your negligence, misconduct, or third-party rights infringement.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, shortages, pandemics, carrier disruptions, war, terrorism).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, for any disputes, and waive objections to venue or personal jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms; changes become effective upon posting with an updated effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
Assignment. You may not assign rights without our written consent; we may assign freely.
Entire Agreement. These Terms (with referenced policies) constitute the full agreement and supersede prior understandings.
Severability. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any term does not waive future enforcement.
