Store Credit Purchase & Usage Terms
Effective: March 16, 2026
These terms govern the purchase, holding, and redemption of GigaDollars through the GigaWallet feature. By purchasing GigaDollars, you agree to the following terms.
GigaWallet allows GigaCompounds customers to purchase GigaDollars ($G) — store credit redeemable exclusively for GigaCompounds products.
GigaDollars are not real currency, digital currency, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument of any kind. GigaDollars are closed-loop, single-merchant store credit.
GigaCompounds retains sole discretion over GigaWallet availability, pricing, limits, and continuation.
GigaDollars are prepaid store credit with the following characteristics:
GigaDollars may be purchased through accepted payment methods displayed on the GigaWallet page. All purchases are final.
3.1 Exchange Rate & Purchasing Power. 1 GigaDollar ($G) = $1.00 USD in store credit value. When used at checkout, $G payments receive an automatic 10% discount on your order — making every $1.00 in $G worth $1.10 in purchasing power. The exchange rate and discount are subject to change at GigaCompounds' discretion.
3.2 Payment Methods. Currently accepted: Zelle, Venmo, cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL, LTC). Additional methods may be added.
3.3 Processing. GigaDollar purchases require payment confirmation before credit is applied. For Zelle and crypto, this occurs when payment is verified by our team. GigaDollars will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed.
3.4 Limits. GigaCompounds may impose minimum and maximum purchase limits at its discretion.
GigaDollars are applied at checkout. Orders paid with $G receive an automatic 10% discount, making 1 $G = $1.10 in effective purchasing power.
GigaDollars earned through the affiliate program, order cashback (10%), and GigaDollars purchased through GigaWallet are the same currency and are pooled in a single balance.
GigaDollars may be combined with other discounts (promo codes, payment method discounts) subject to the maximum combined discount cap (30% per order).
All GigaDollar purchases are final and non-refundable. You will not receive a cash refund for unused GigaDollars under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
If GigaCompounds discontinues the GigaWallet program, reasonable efforts will be made to allow redemption of existing balances within a wind-down period.
If your account is terminated for violation of GigaCompounds terms of service, all GigaDollar balances are permanently forfeited.
If you voluntarily close your account, any remaining GigaDollar balance is forfeited.
GigaCompounds is not liable for forfeited balances under any circumstances.
GigaDollars are closed-loop store credit issued by a single merchant. They are not subject to federal or state money transmitter licensing requirements, CFPB Regulation E, or the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), as they:
GigaCompounds reserves the right to modify the GigaWallet program to maintain compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
GigaCompounds shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the GigaWallet program, including but not limited to: system outages, payment processing delays, balance discrepancies, or program discontinuation.
Total liability, if any, is limited to the dollar value of GigaDollars in the affected account at the time of the claim.
GigaCompounds may modify, suspend, or discontinue the GigaWallet program or these terms at any time. Continued use of GigaWallet constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
