How We Ship & Deliver Your Order

We're committed to delivering your Giga Compounds order fast and in perfect condition. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping carriers, estimated delivery times, how we calculate shipping costs, processing timeframes, and what to do if there's an issue with your delivery.

Research Use Only Notice

All products shipped by GigaCompounds are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human consumption, therapeutic use, or self-administration. These products have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By placing an order, you confirm compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing research chemicals and compounds.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received and cleared.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship exclusively within the continental United States using FedEx 2-Day service.
  • Standard estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment
  • Remote or rural areas may experience additional time

Please note delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume periods, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping Policy

  • We offer free FedEx 2-Day shipping on all orders over $200 (subtotal before tax and after any discounts).
  • The $200 threshold must be met in a single transaction.
  • Free shipping cannot be combined across multiple orders or applied retroactively.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All sales are final.

  • We are unable to modify, cancel, add to, or combine orders once they have been placed.
  • Please carefully review your cart, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gigacompounds.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged items

We will review your claim and determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the carrier marks it as lost, contact the carrier directly first as they have the most current information.

If the carrier confirms a lost shipment, contact us at support@gigacompounds.com with your order number and carrier case reference.

Shipping Address Responsibility

  • You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • We are not liable for delivery issues, delays, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
