Conditions for Returns and Refunds

All products sold by GigaCompounds are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. Because of the sensitive nature of research materials:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as expressly stated in this Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. In rare cases, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error before shipment, we may consider a resolution. However, this is not a guarantee and is at our sole discretion and may have payment processing fees deducted from refunds.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, this is a carrier issue. File a claim directly with FedEx.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon handover to the carrier. GigaCompounds is not liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages once the shipment leaves our facility.
Weather issues, carrier issues or delays, customs or regulatory processing, incomplete or incorrect information or other restrictions are not the responsibility of GigaCompounds and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable and deducted from all forms of refunds, credits, and adjustments. These fees encompass merchant processing, network, and/or gateway fees.
Exercising chargebacks in violation of the Returns and Refunds Policy or the Terms & Conditions may result in account suspension or closure, blacklisting from purchases, and submission of evidence to the payment processor to contest the chargeback to the fullest extent of the law.
GigaCompounds reserves the right to update or modify the Returns & Refunds policy at our discretion at a designated effective date. By continuing to use the services of GigaCompounds, the customer accepts the updated policy.
