How do I get paid at Bronze?
$G rewards are credited at 20% of the sale. Use them on any order with free shipping. They never expire.
How do I unlock cash payouts?
Hit $5,000 in cumulative referred sales, submit your W9, and you're automatically upgraded to Silver (15%). All future commissions can be cash.
How does the customer discount work?
Your unique code gives customers 10% off their order. It never expires — post it on your blog, socials, YouTube descriptions permanently.
Can I use my own code?
No. Self-referrals are automatically detected and excluded. Affiliates cannot earn commission on their own purchases.
What if someone uses my code AND clicks another affiliate's link?
The code always wins. An explicit code entry takes priority over a passive cookie.
Do affiliate discounts stack with payment discounts?
Yes. A customer can use your 10% affiliate code and still get the 5% Zelle/crypto discount. Maximum combined discount is capped at 25%.
Do tiers ever reset?
Never. Once you earn a tier, it's permanent. Your commission rate only goes up.
When do I get paid (cash)?
Commissions are held for 30 days (chargeback protection). After that, request a payout anytime above $100 minimum. Payment via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal within 3 business days.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
Refunded orders void the commission regardless of timing. If the commission was already paid, it's deducted from future earnings.
